White water paddling is what we’re famous for! We operate our adventure tours and packages year-round, subject to availability.
You choose your own level of fun with trips designed for your level of paddling experience: beginners, intermediate and advanced. There are half-day, one-day and two-day options.
Below are some upcoming departures with space still available but if these dates don’t suit then give us a call to book a date that suits your visit. Kindly note that minimum participant numbers apply for a guaranteed departure (and lunch where applicable).
- Friday May 5: Half day beginners kayaking or canoeing (self-guided)
- Saturday May 6: 9.00am half day abseiling (guided)
Our guided white water paddling tours on the Barrington River include an experienced guide to help make the most of your adventure plus transport, boat, paddle, spray deck, helmet and buoyancy vest.
Subject to availability and minimum participants, guided tours depart every weekend throughout the year plus midweek during every school holiday period. Bookings are essential. You can also book other midweek dates, call us to find out.
Self guided paddling packages:
These are paddling trips on the Barrington River without a guide, you set your own course and paddle at your own pace. You leave your vehicle at our office and we take you to the river drop-off point, then we come and collect you later at the the pick-up point further downstream. Your package includes transport, boat, paddle, spray deck, helmet and buoyancy vest.

The water levels in the Barrington River determine our paddling tour departures so we never complain about rain events, even if there’s been a little too much (because then we get to deploy our rubber rafts instead, which are great fun!).
